Painting Tulips

I get really excited when tulip season is near. After several trips up to the Skagit Valley already, finally the crocus buds are making their appearance. By this time last year, the fields were full of daffodils. But with the snowier winter, we have awhile to wait. Here is a work in progress, no title yet, and a peek into my studio.
