Camano Studio Tour Opening Weekend

Over the weekend, my art studio welcomed a diverse group of visitors who engaged in stimulating discussions about art and creativity. The Camano Island Studio Tour offered an intimate glimpse into my creative process, showcasing a variety of artworks in still life, landscape and figure. The visitors, ranging from fellow artists to art enthusiasts, brought a wealth of perspectives and experiences to the discussions.

We delved into various topics, including the inspiration behind my works, the techniques employed, and the underlying concepts explored. My visitors expressed genuine curiosity, asking thought-provoking questions that allowed for deep exploration of artistic choices and intentions. They also shared with me their own works in progress and thoughts about what it’s like, making art.

As they roamed through the studio, visitors shared their own interpretations and personal connections to the artworks. The exchange of ideas sparked a lively atmosphere, where conversations often branched off into broader discussions about the role of art in society, the power of visual storytelling, and the transformative nature of creativity. The art studio tour weekend left a lasting impression on both the visitors and myself.
