It was our first winter here in the San Juan Islands and it was a doozy, with its bitter winter snowstorms and steel-grey coastal colors, also impressively beautiful. Now we can tell the skies are light for a bit longer, and while the frosty mornings are not completely gone, signs of spring are appearing. We're looking ahead to the 2019 art show season and digging into life on the island. My next show will be during the Camano Island Art Studio Tour, at the Camano Island Yacht Club. The show is running concurrently with the tour, although not shown on the map. Several galleries and restaurants have special art related events going on at the same time, which gives people lots of options throughout the event. I'm so grateful to the Yacht Club for inviting me to participate in their art show, since I'm new here, I wasn't able to join the tour for 2019. We hope to do so in the future, however. Visit my EVENTS page for the details on where to find me this year!
